About Our Founder and CEO
Jesse Soto
A graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) known as the "Harvard of the Skies" with a concentration in Air Traffic Management and minors in Applied Meteorology and Industrial Safety, founder and CEO Jesse J. Soto has been instrumental in preparing the next generation of aviators.
Our Lead Instructor has over 10-years of experience as a Remote Pilot Operator at both the Federal Aviation Administration Academy (FAA) and ERAU with hundreds of hours of Air Traffic simulation and ESL time. His many years of experience and expertise have played a prime role in creating a world-class aviation English training courseware.

Hyo Joon Kim
Also a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a concentration in Aeronautical Science, CPO Hyo Joon Kim oversees the development of the exceptional course material at ICAO Standard English, LLC.
Hyo Joon has over 12 years of experience in the field of aviation, including extensive flight time in normal, acrobatic and transport category aircraft. He also has prior experience developing aviation English education material for aviation authorities.
Hyo Joon is committed to developing helpful and engaging course material that covers a comprehensive variety of situations that aviators can be confronted with.
